Mohabbak Giftery – Refund & Return Policy

At Mohabbak Giftery, we create and deliver customized and personalized gifts made specially for you. We care about your experience and always try to deliver the best quality.

1) Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

2) Customized / Personalized Products

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Wrong details given by customer (name, photo, text, size, etc.)

  • Personal preference issues (color shade, design variation, etc.)

3) Same-Day / Flash Delivery Orders

For same-day delivery / urgent delivery / flash orders, refunds are not available once the order is prepared or dispatched.

4) Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

📌 Important: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

5) How to Request a Refund / Replacement

To raise a complaint, message us on:

Please send:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video (recommended)

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of outer packaging

After verification, if the issue is genuine, we will process the refund or replacement.

6) Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase
